the real experiences of Stan Weisleder
as a reserve officer with the Los
Angeles Sheriff's Dept. The store
centers on a middle-aged man who
finds himself at the crossroad of life
and elects to join the Sheriff's
Department. The training is rough
but he gets through and finds himself
involved in real life crime dramas.

Besides co-hosting the weekly View from Over Here Radio Show, Stan
Weisleder is an Actuary who has also written a number of highly praised
novels. He likes to call his books Faction, a combination of Fact and Fiction.
Stan Weisleder coined the term to describe his first novel, A Killer of Lions,
project about the Black Tuskegee Airmen of World War Two.

of the Monkey River with his faithful
man-servant, Ramses Macalevy,
Stewie Stein has had plenty of time to
commiserate and plot his revenge on
those broads, faggots and bean
counters who now rule Hollywood, all to
coincide with his return and one-
But as fate would have it, the best laid
plans of mice and men often go astray.
